OUR MISSION: We strive to foster a sense of community within the KeyStone neighborhood and to educate the public about the history, architecture, and character of the neighborhood by means of free publications, programs, advocacy, and other activities.

OUR VISION: A safe, attractive and welcoming neighborhood on the east side of Rock Island.

OUR GOALS: Five important goals of the KeyStone Neighborhood Association and the activities by which we hope to achieve these goals are listed below.
